OFTEC is the official body recognised by Government to approve solid fuel heating appliances, fuels and services, including the registration of competent installers and servicing businesses. We are fully qualified OFTEC installers so you can feel safe knowing that our installations are always up to the highest standards and yours appliance completely complies with regulations and is therefore fully covered by insurance and warranties.
Quotes
We don’t offer a free detailed quote and thorough survey. Please see pricing below. During the survey we discuss your requirements and advise you on the recommended kw output for the area where the appliance will be installed. We will go through the installation process so that you are aware of exactly how things will proceed. You will, then, be sent a detailed quote.
Quotation only price from £75.00 or a *Pre Installation Sweep(s) which include a brief camera inspection(s) and quotation(s) from £185.00 for a change of appliance(s) use, this certificate(s) is valid for 12 months only and will not be required by any other stove installation company as it already been done. In the event of being unable to do a Pro Installation Sweep you we be charge a quotation only price as above. *Only the Pre Installation Sweep(s) price will come of your stove installation quote(s).

Stoves
As part of the installation we can also supply the stove or we are equally happy to install a stove that you have purchased as long it’s Defra approved or Ecodesign ready 2022 we are sorry but we don’t install stoves that are Non Defra there will be a installer out there who will do this for you but we at Dave’s Chimney Sweep have decided to do our bit for the future of are environment.
