Birds Nests & Pest Removal

Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, it is an offence to destroy or remove an active nest during the nesting season which usually lasts from the 1st of March to 31st of August. It is necessary to wait until the end of August before checking that the nest is empty and can be removed.
